My role is to reflect to you how you feel and get you to the other side of life's messes. Do you ask yourself why you no longer enjoy things, why you doubt yourself, why you can't sleep, or why you have mood swings? Getting your peace of mind, your self-confidence, and your voice back is important. Life is HARD, and you may feel like you're dealing with things that no one else understands. I provide a safe space to talk about anything.
I have over 15 years of experience providing individual therapy. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, diversity issues, relationship issues, grief issues, stress management/anger management, codependency, and self-esteem.
I offer a safe environment for you to share issues, address stressful life events, and improve social support. Sometimes that may be difficult and you may need clarification. Recognizing the emotional needs of my clients is of the upmost importance. It allows me to make a difference and provide clarity when life makes no sense.
