Are you STRESSED OUT, DEPRESSED, ANXIOUS, or ANGRY? Sometimes you just need someone to listen, but it can be hard to get others to understand what you are going through. My role is to reflect to you how you feel and get you to the other side of life's messes. Do you ask yourself why you no longer enjoy things, why you doubt yourself, why you can't sleep, or why you have mood swings? Getting your peace of mind, your self confidence and your voice back is important. Life is HARD and you may feel that you are probably dealing with things that NO ONE could possibly understand. I provide a safe space to talk about ANYTHING.
I have over 13 years of experience providing individual therapy. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, diversity issues, relationship issues, grief issues, stress management/anger management, codependency, and self-esteem.
I offer a safe environment for you to share issues, address stressful life events, and improve social support. Sometimes that may be difficult and you may need clarification. Recognizing the emotional needs of my clients is of the upmost importance. It allows me to make a difference and provide clarity when life makes no sense.

Burnout Recovery Group
Millions are affected by burnout every year. Unfortunately, you're probably one of the millions affected. While burnout isn't a medical condition, the impact of burnout can cause negative medical conditions. In addition, our collective mental health has been impacted by the pandemic. Whereas we before had a distinction between our workspace and personal home space, working remotely has muddled the waters in that distinction. In this group, you will learn stress management tools, coping mechanisms, self care, and make valuable lifestyle and workstyle changes towards recovery. Limited to 10. Meeting will be via Vsee(HIPAA compliant). CLOSED GROUP
