Are you, or someone you know, struggling with an eating disorder, negative body image, poor self esteem, lack of confidence, and/or unhealthy relationships/struggles with food and exercise? Better Living Solutions provides collaborative care by licensed mental health professionals, registered dietitians, and certified eating disorder specialists. We can provide you with a full assessment, create a treatment team based on your individual needs, and provide activity guidelines/recommendations and meal support. We also have several group therapy options and will educate you and your support team on tools that are recovery focused.
In order to cope with various struggles in life, food and exercise often become a way for people to have control when everything else in life seems out of their control. Eating disorders do not discriminate, therefore people of all genders, ages, and ethnicities are susceptible to development of Anorexia, Bulimia, or Binge Eating Disorders
BLS offers 3 levels of care for eating disorder treatment: outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization services. These programs include individual counseling, family therapy, nutritional guidance, group therapy, therapeutic meal support sessions and collaboration with your medical providers for all ages and all genders.
