Therapy is about meeting clients where they are in life through connection, acceptance, and growth. My primary focus is to assist clients with identifying and building on their strengths, leading to positive change in their lives. My style is direct, warm, and non-judgmental with 15 years working with individuals and families dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues to include infidelity, separation and divorce.
I supervise all of the wonderful therapists on my team at Better Life. My passion is in helping to build healthy families, through work with a single person or an entire family. Helping you to become a better you!
I work with individuals and couples, married and unmarried, who are struggling in their relationships or perhaps just seeking enrichment. I also bring to the table several therapeutic styles for therapy with individuals working through depression, bipolar, PTSD, anxiety and other mental health concerns. We have therapists that work with children as well!
