I especially enjoy helping families resolve conflict by figuring out what leads to it and working together. I am capable to do so, sometimes in as few as a couple sessions. I love working with young children. I have successfully used EMDR for stress and anxiety about health procedures.
I am patient and build a relationship based on pointing out your strengths so you feel confident and capable to use your abilities and get rid of qualities that don't work so well. I show you how to get along by using I feel statements that don't place blame.
