About
I believe therapy is a place to be fully accepted and heard while also being held accountable for your own role in your journey. My goal is to provide a safe space for you to learn about yourself, identify areas for growth, and implement relational skills. I will work with you to find an approach that fits you and your individual needs through mutual collaboration, true connection, and support.
Having varied experiences with diverse clientele early in my career has expanded my clinical skills and given me the ability to improvise and adapt to individual needs including: life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, special education, learning disabilities, emotional disturbance, ADHD, Autism, domestic violence, and sexual assault.
I am a highly sensitive person who is able to connect deeply with others and provide emotional support from a nonjudgmental place. I realize how difficult it can be to find a good fit as a therapist that you can build a connection with. Please reach out for a free consultation to see if I would be a good fit for you and your needs.
