I am honored to be a partner and COO of A Healing Place, LLC. I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of Michigan and my Bachelor's in Social Work from Siena Heights University. I have a passion for helping others find hope, healing, and freedom from eating disorders. I am also the co-founder of "Britt & TJ's Place," an organization working to create a stronger support network for individuals and families who are affected by an eating disorder.
Although my specialty is in eating disorders, I am fully gifted and equipped in other facets. I also work with depression, anxiety, bipolar, addictions, personality disorders and grief and loss.
I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I take a holistic approach with my clients, helping them meet their emotional, relational, physical and spiritual needs, which inspires and leads them to change towards a healthier and more balanced life.
