We feel emotions in our bodies. Sometimes, our emotions cause physical discomfort. Other times, we feel so strongly we become numb and disconnected. Becoming overwhelmed can leave us feeling lonely and misunderstood. We want to connect with others and enjoy life, but we also want to protect ourselves. In therapy with me, you will learn how to understand, appreciate, and work with your emotions to cultivate your relationships, fulfillment, and vitality. Therapy will not remove your feelings or creativity. It will help you understand and work with your emotions, rather than succumb to them.
You don't have to face your problems alone or come up with solutions by yourself. Together, we build an understanding of the intricacies of your struggles and explore how you can approach them. I blend your individual experiences with the cultural pressures at work to form a holistic understanding of the difficulties you face.
You will receive customized treatment that combines creative expression with talk therapy. Appointments start with exploring your concerns. Then, I lead you in a guided creative exercise to help you process your concerns and practice for change outside the office. Therapy supports a life with deep creative expression.

*Must Register in Advance* This workshop is for anyone with a creative background who wants to reconnect with their artistry, playfulness, and build creative relationships. Many people lose their practice of creative expression. This course provides space and structure to nurture your creative spirit and develop personal projects.
