Finding a therapist you connect with can feel overwhelming or anxiety-inducing. I center warmth and curiosity in sessions. I bring a trauma-informed lens to my work and believe that therapy should be client-centered and dynamic. I work from a place of empathy to meet my clients’ needs in the moment, while drawing from evidence-based modalities. I’ve received advanced training in attachment theory, ACT and nature-informed therapy and view connection as a strength.
I work with clients across the lifespan and have a particular interest in helping clients through life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, and trauma/complex trauma. This may look like exploring the roles you fill in your daily life and how your relationships and environment shape how you see yourself.
Therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood and supported. While change can feel unsettling, or distressing, honoring your needs is an act of bravery. The experience is unique to every individual. It is an honor on my end to bear witness to my clients’ growth.
