From a trauma-informed and relational perspective, I work closely with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life-related stressors, PTSD, complex trauma symptoms, OCD, major life transitions, suicidality, loneliness, and grief.
Utilizing mind-body approaches, I take a holistic approach to healing emotional wounds and promoting emotional and mental wellness. My treatment approaches include mindfulness work, CBT, self-compassion strategies, trauma-informed care, IFS, somatic work, Polyvagal Theory strategies, and play therapy.
My goal is to walk with you on your path to healing- to help you move from surviving to living. If you are looking for someone to listen, sit with you, and help you develop the knowledge and skills you need to heal and grow, contact me.
