I offer creative approaches incorporating client interests into traditional counseling methods. Trained and certified to work with trauma & anxiety, in treatment modalities such as DBT, CBT, and IFS, we will make goals together and focus on areas that will meet your specific needs. We will also find some glimmers of hope to help you find that "spark" again.
Dedicated to life-long learning and client engagement, I keep up on current on modes of treatment that will best fit my clients.
