Not accepting new clients. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and strengths-based with an emphasis on goodness of fit between client and therapist. I ask new clients to meet once weekly for three consecutive weeks, and then use the fourth session to discuss how best to go forward.
I practice Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and incorporate a variety of other theoretical frameworks to best suit the individual needs of my clients.
