With a therapist as your guide, you can identify and understand your feelings better, gain insight into patterns of behavior that leave you frustrated and unsatisfied and develop the needed tools to manage emotions and communicate effectively. Our therapists have varied specialties and use an integrative and personalized approach to best serve the needs of each client.
The issues our clients experience cover a broad spectrum: relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, work-related stress, grief, and life transitions. Dr. Mencher has advanced training and extensive clinical experience in reproductive counseling focusing on psychological issues arising from infertility. The practice also provides ADHD evaluations.
Associates in the practice are insightful, kind and straightforward. Experienced in both "symptom-focused" and more traditional, insight-oriented therapies, we work flexibly to meet your specific needs.
