Therapy provides the opportunity for a collaborative conversation about how to manage life's challenges and address the issues that are causing you distress. Together with one of our therapists, you can identify and understand your feelings better, gain insight into patterns of behavior that leave you frustrated and unsatisfied and develop the needed tools to manage your emotions and communicate more effectively in relationships. Our therapists have varied specialties and use an integrative and personalized approach to best meet your needs. They all have experience working with college aged clients, as well as young professionals.
Our clients experience a broad range of presenting concerns: adjustment to college, relationship struggles, work-related stress, grief, anxiety and depression. Clinicians in the practice offer EMDR, CBT and psychodynamic psychotherapy. The practice also provides full psychological assessments for Adult ADHD but other symptoms can be evaluated as well.
Associates in the practice are accessible, kind and insightful. Experienced in both "symptom-focused" and more traditional, insight-oriented therapies, we work flexibly to meet your specific needs. While therapy can be hard work, my associates' warm and open approach facilitates the safety you need to open up.

Through working with a psychodynamic therapist, people are able to better understand the thoughts, feelings, and conflicts that contribute to their behaviors. This approach to therapy also works to help people better understand some of the unconscious motivations that sometimes influence how people think, feel, and act.
