I'm fascinated by the mutual influence of individual perspective and shared experience, as well as the ways societal norms both limit and support individuals and relationships. I use a foundation of narrative and somatic awareness to journey with you as we explore and rewrite your stories into tales of courage, compassion, agency, and fulfillment. My work is also influenced by my 17+ years of experience as a bodyworker, as well as the principles of intersectional feminism, anti-racism, and queer philosophy.
I welcome individual clients ages 14+, couples, families, and other relational systems. I believe there are a myriad of ways to be a family, and actively affirm "nontraditional" relationship structures (e.g., blended, queer, ethically non-monogamous, kinky, etc.).
