I'm Betsy, a licensed therapist and founder of Wheatfield Therapy. I provide in-person counseling in Austin, Texas and online therapy for teens, young adults, individuals and families throughout Texas and Kansas. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, school stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many teens and young adults come to therapy feeling stuck, discouraged or unsure of themselves, while parents often feel unsure how to help.
I offer a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel safe being themselves. Therapy is practical, collaborative and personalized- focused on building real life tools that lead to lasting change.
I am especially passionate about helping teens and young adults build confidence, resilience and healthy coping skills for their lives and relationships. Watching clients grow from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered is one of the greatest privileges of my work.
