If you are experiencing high anxiety, or just not feeling like yourself or maybe you can't even label the uncomfortable feelings, you're not alone. You know you want to get rid of those feelings but talking to friends, aimlessly scrolling social media, ignoring it or maybe even using substances only bring temporary relief. Even if you have been in therapy before and know all your symptoms and the "why" but still haven't found solace, I'm your therapist. Therapy doesn't have to be scary. I've had over 18 years of experience working in the behavioral health field. I am a licensed master social worker, certified addictions counselor and certified Accelerated Resolution Therapist ART which is much like EMDR for trauma.
