In my practice, clients can expect to work on unravelling their past from their present and to develop a stronger ability to listen to their own internal wisdom. While blocking out your past can help you survive difficult times, it can also lead to symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, physical ailments, substance use, and more. I am especially interested in helping clients with gender, sexuality, and neurodiversity related stressors. Pain and trauma around these parts of ourselves often develops when we attempt to conform to the expectations of society. I want to be your ally in developing self-acceptance around your identity.

Through a combination of body-based and cognitive interventions, I will help you get unstuck from painful past experiences and find peace with the life you have today. I have specialized training in EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique, Meditation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. At your pace, we'll explore what serves you best!

Whether you know exactly what you need from therapy, you don't know how to explain what you need, or you don't even know what to expect from therapy, I am here to walk that journey with you. Even if you are not ready to "quit" whatever behavior you want to change, you can expect to feel accepted and respected in our work together.
