My practice is built on supporting my client’s personal journey. I use a variety of tools and therapies including CBT, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Solution Focused Therapy to help you achieve clarity, set goals and manage your anxiety, compulsion, and trauma.
