Hello! I would like to help you get to the root of what’s troubling you and help you to understand yourself better. I aim to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to share your experience. I try to accomplish this with a warm and direct style and use humor when it’s appropriate. Utilizing an integrative approach I work with anxiety, overwhelm, burn out, stress, depression, grief, ADHD and late-recognized Autism. I cannot diagnose Autism. I also help people who are struggling with life transitions and complicated relationships.
I blend elements of psychodynamic therapy, CBT and ACT to help tailor therapy to the individual’s needs. I believe the therapeutic relationship is very important to the success of therapy. It’s important that you feel comfortable with me.
