Specifically I help couples, women shifting roles, struggling parents, and young adults transitioning from dependence to independence. Drawing on my clients' unique strength, I guide them down their path to personal growth and connection, which affects not only them, but also everyone with whom they share their life.
I help people improve their relationships as well as accept themselves; making changes that will foster personal growth. I orient my therapy, whether with couples, families, groups, or individuals, to learning how my clients' relationships affect them every day.
