I work with couples who struggle with communicating their needs effectively and are often in arguments with their partners. Using the Gottman Couples Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I help a couple explore patterns from their past that shape their reactions to their partner's communications. Through our work together, couples can reconnect with the best parts of themselves and deepen their connections with others
