I am a relational, client-centered, psychodynamic therapist trained at Columbia University. My work is informed by mind-body connections, queer theory, and intersectionality -meaning we seek to understand what’s inside of you, what’s out in the world, and how they shape each other. I am trained in EMDR, a modality that helps process trauma at a deeper level.
