At Bethesda Play Therapy and Healing Center, we provide integrative therapy services to children, teens, adults, and families in English and in Spanish. Through play, somatic, or talk therapy, we’re here to support you and your loved ones in healing from the inside out.
Our integrative creative approach to therapy is customized to each client and includes non-directive and directive play therapy, canine-assisted therapy, sand tray, expressive arts, EMDR, CBT, DBT, ERP, SPACE, client-centered, strength-based, attachment, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive therapy.
