Hi, I'm Betheny. I look forward to meeting and working with you! People who come to therapy with me are often feeling overwhelmed by their emotions, their past experiences, or the expectations around them. They may be navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, relationship challenges, or stress that has begun to affect their daily lives. Many are teens and adults, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals, who are looking for a therapist who provides safety, affirmation, and genuine understanding.
My approach is integrative and flexible, blending modalities such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, DBT, narrative therapy, ACT, motivational interviewing, and play therapy, as well as other evidence-based methods to support each person’s unique goals.
I offer a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space to explore emotions, navigate challenges, and support your healing. Together, we’ll work at your pace to help you feel understood and supported.
