I work with people who are coping with trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and stress from various life changes or challenges. I believe that therapy should be an accessible and welcoming experience! I use Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS Institute Level 2), Brainspotting, EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to support the different parts of my clients as they seek to make changes in their lives. Change can be a scary process, but you don't have to go through it alone. Together, we'll work to understand your goals for therapy and harness your strengths to meet them.
My favorite modalities to use are Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS, Level 2 trained), Brainspotting (Phase 2), EMDR. and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Additionally, I am trained in Ketamine Assisted EMDR Therapy and Brainspotting with Ketamine. These therapies compliment each other and are deeply supportive of healing.
