Do you ever feel like you're running on empty and at a loss for what to do next? You might know you want life to look different, but you're not sure how to get there. I specialize with anxiety, depression, early childhood trauma, and ADHD. Sometimes we know where our emotions and behaviors are coming from and sometimes we have no idea. That's something we can figure out together. I am certified in EMDR, NMT, and neurofeedback. Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. We can figure out the right approach for you or your child.
