I especially enjoy working with folks who are seeking Intersectionality affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming and Neurodivergent affirming care
Being identified as Neurodivergent later in life has only deepened my commitment to tailoring therapy to each person's goals and needs. I have experience and ongoing training in various modalities for addressing complex trauma and PTSD, including EMDR and Mood Regulation skills.
I want people to leave therapy feeling empowered with tools they can use to improve their day to day living.
