I offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I also offer couples counseling. I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and Autism with children and youth. I am trained Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have experience in mindfulness and stress reduction techniques. My counseling approach is designed to meet you where you are, empowering and guiding you toward developing your own insight and positive change. Counseling with me involves a thorough biopsychosocial assessment to ensure that my clients’ needs are being met.

In my 7 years working as a mental health clinician, I have worked with clients primarily from ages 2 to 21. I have worked in schools, homes, community, and outpatient settings. I have been at CWC since October of 2023, and I have experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
