I specialize in working with adults who have difficulty managing anxiety, ADHD symptoms, life transitions or sexuality and faith incongruity. I am a LGBTQ+ allied, sex-positive kink-friendly therapist, and offer Christian or spiritual reflection if desired as part of our work.
I provide an open, authentic environment to share, process and develop a plan to move toward better functioning. I utilize a variety of approaches to assist in navigating life more easily with a more positive mindset and skills to feel equipped for whatever may come your way in the future. My service dog will also be joining our sessions, as an added perk!
