Our lives are made up of a variety of experiences, some creating a lasting impact in one way or another. Working collaboratively in therapy can assist in uncovering and focusing on the positive components of our lives, as well as processing events or negative memories that impede our functioning. I specialize in working with young adults who have experienced traumatic events, have difficulty managing anxiety, struggle with self esteem and are dealing with life transitions. I offer Christian counseling, am LGBTQ+ allied, and am a sex-positive therapist, here to help you reach your goals.

I provide an open, genuine environment to share, process and develop a plan to move toward better functioning. I utilize a variety of approaches to assist in navigating life more easily with a more positive mindset and skills to feel equipped for whatever may come your way in the future. My service dog will also be joining our sessions, as an added perk.
