About
Not currently accepting new clients, but feel free to check back in mid-February, 2023! Are you finding yourself feeling depressed? Anxious or overwhelmed? Having a hard time with your partner, relative, or co-parent? Feeling stuck? Just not feeling like yourself? Not even sure who that is? Let's talk about it, and strive to find and be the best, most authentic version of yourself! The world is intense right now. So much division and hurt are happening in the world around us...and sometimes right in our homes. But these feelings don't have to be the end of the story!
My goal in therapy is to "work myself out of a job" - to help my clients do their own work. I aim to help my client find compassionate solutions to their problems and work toward a better future that matches the person you want to be! So much healing and growth happens in places of nonjudgmental exploration as we work toward the preferred you.
People come from a wide range of life experiences. I hope to highlight your ability to be genuine and curious about yourself and your relationships. If you want to reach the better version of yourself and/or your relationships, reach out to me, and let's see what we can do!
