Beyond any specific diagnosis, I view people and mental health holistically. With a background in education, I provide compassionate understanding of the unique challenges faced throughout the lifespan. I have experience and interest in working with people in high-stress careers, such as legal professionals and military personnel. I specialize in trauma-informed art therapy with a transpersonal approach, willing to integrate faith and spirituality at the discretion of the client.
