We’ll talk about boundaries, nervous system regulation, perfectionism, identity, PTSD and C-PTSD, and the weird contradictions of being human in a chaotic world.
My style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. I bring warmth and depth and humor — and I won’t just nod and ask how that makes you feel. I offer skills and tools for communication, regulation and integrating confidence into your life. I offer a trauma reprocessing therapy, EMDR if we decide it fits with your goals.
Besides a therapist I’m a mom of 2, a sister, partner, friend and have spent my fair share of time in the client seat in therapy as well. I know It isn’t always easy to start this journey.
