Do you find yourself constantly overthinking or questioning whether you might have OCD? Are intrusive, worst-case scenario thoughts leaving you exhausted? Many of my clients come to me after trying traditional talk therapy and realizing they need a more specialized approach. I specialize in treating OCD using the gold standard Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also work with body dysmorphia (BDD), emetophobia, and body-focused repetitive behaviors such as hair pulling/skin picking. I like to help those who are ready to target their care.

I offer the gold-standard, evidence based treatment for OCD, exposure and response prevention (ERP) & tailored support such as ComB Model for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (eg. trichotillomania), and CBT/ERP for emetophobia. My clients report control over their compulsions, effective tools & reduced anxiety over intrusive thoughts when they work with me.
