The de-prioritization of maternal mental health in our culture impacts all facets of life and often creates guilt, self-criticism, isolation, and exhaustion. Our work together can expand the ability to manage life, as well as grow capacity for insight and self-compassion.

I have experience serving those who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss, active effort against infertility, and those overwhelmed by pregnancy or the postpartum period. Our work together can make room for the often ignored host of challenges associated with each of these different parts of life.

I am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists & Postpartum Support International. I have completed Level I of training through The Gottman Institute, and use Gottman Method Couples Therapy when working with couples.
