I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, overthinking, relationship stress, life transitions, and the pressures of school, career, and motherhood.
Many of my clients are used to “holding it all together” on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected on the inside. Therapy offers a supportive space to process what’s going on, better understand your emotions, and start making changes that actually feel doable.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and EMDR to help you work through difficult experiences, reduce emotional overwhelm, and break unhelpful patterns. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools you can use in your everyday life.
My approach is flexible, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. I’m not just here to listen—I’ll help you make sense of what you’re going through and support you in creating real, meaningful change.
