I specialize in working with pre-teens, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Whether it’s school pressure, social challenges, or feeling unsure of who you are or where you’re headed, therapy can provide a space to slow down, feel understood, and build real tools for moving forward.

My approach is warm, supportive, and developmentally tailored. I focus on helping clients better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and build confidence in themselves and their relationships. I have a particular passion for supporting students who are transitioning from school-based counseling into longer-term therapeutic support. I work

Small group support for those moving up to the. next educational level - elementary to middle, middle to high school, or high school to college. Social skills, executive functioning skills, and more for those who need a little extra support to ease the jitters. Great for neurodiverse individuals. Trauma informed, and activity based. Level Up to Elementary: Tuesdays in July from 10 -12 noon. Level Up to Middle: Tuesdays in July from 1 - 3pm. Level Up to College: Mondays in July, 1 - 3 pm.
