Taking the first step to getting help is often the hardest and can be very scary. Knowing this, I strive to create a space that is safe and judgement free and am here to help you navigate through life's challenges. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed Masters Addiction Counselor who provides counseling for people of all ages. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families who are experiencing mental health and substance use struggles in a variety of different settings. I offer outpatient, individualized, care using the treatment modalities to best fit you.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, gain insight and become aware of their inner strengths. I believe that everyone has a story that is unique and I will strive to honor that story and meet each person where they are at. I believe that therapy is not done TO you but WITH you.
Although I enjoy working with a diverse range of issues my areas with extended expertise and special interest include; anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment issues, substance use, behavioral concerns, self-esteem issues, grief and loss.
