I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, grief, and working with LGBTQ+ clients. My approach is grounded in a weight-inclusive, fat-positive lens, and I believe bodies are not problems to be solved.
I support clients navigating anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and the impact of living in systems that weren’t built with them in mind. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or disconnection from themselves, and are looking for a more sustainable way forward.
While I have extensive experience supporting eating disorders and body image concerns, my work goes beyond food and bodies. I’m interested in the full picture—your relationships, your history, your identity, and what’s currently feeling hard.
