NOTE: (I work exclusively with adult females). Trauma is part of life. The lasting pain of sexual or physical abuse is obvious, but the subtlety of an emotionally neglectful or spiritually abusive upbringing often has similar outcomes of self-blaming and deep shame. It's by no mistake that my practice is called Likewise; I've struggled through the healing process, and I still get stuck. But I do the work because I value my option to thrive, and am keenly aware that my decision to do so affects those connected to me. Whether you're seeking help for others' sake or your own (or both) I'd be honored to come alongside and support you.
I am a Brainpotting practitioner, and love using this method to better connect the body and the brain in completing the stress response cycle. I also enjoy discovering and bringing unity among clients' parts or subpersonalities through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework.
