Hi, I’m Bethany. I'm a licensed mental health counselor and educator, and it's my greatest passion to help people walk through the difficult parts of life. Together we'll work on processing painful events and exploring unhealthy patterns and thoughts. I can help you feel more confident in who you truly are, outside of performance and giving to others.
