As daylight savings can bring darkness tangibly and emotionally, I’m here to help you find the light within you through your anxiety and challenges even when the sun sets early. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming care, anxiety, addiction & holistic therapy. As I am part of the LGBTQ community myself; trans, non-binary & gender non-conforming folks have found a safe haven. My approach is affirming, sex positive, kink friendly and open to all commitment styles. You have the choice to utilize traditional therapy or incorporate holistic options of yoga & Reiki (if you choose to do so).

My colorful work experience before transitioning into mental health counseling gives me experience working with many populations. Before becoming a therapist, I have worked jobs including a broker in corporate America, as a professional photographer, a school counselor, an assistant teacher, a yoga instructor, & a Reiki master.

Walk & Talk Therapy and holistic services are only offered on a self pay basis, due to restrictions within insurance. Telehealth is available to anyone in North Carolina or South Carolina! At this time, meeting in person is limited to holistic services.
