I specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirming counseling, addiction, anxiety & holistic therapy. Professionals, teachers & students seek me out with my varied experience working as a professional within corporate America, a school counselor, & an assistant teacher. Trans, non-binary & gender non-conforming folks have found a safe haven with me. My approach is affirming, sex positive, kink friendly and open to all commitment styles. Serving couples too! Nothing's off limits to talk about as I am comfortable holding space for Clients and willing to dive deep with you! You can choose Walk & Talk Therapy or holistic options of Reiki and yoga.

You may alternatively choose to utilize traditional research-based therapy such as person-centered therapy or Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Complementary therapies (CTs) encompass a variety of practices outside conventional therapy, focusing on a holistic view of health. Conventional & traditional approaches are available for those using insurance.

Walk & Talk Therapy and holistic services are only offered on a self pay basis, due to restrictions on what approaches insurances will cover. Telehealth is available to anyone in NC or SC! At this time, meeting in person is limited to Walk & Talk Therapy or those incorporating holistic services. I am looking forward to connecting with you.
