I am a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) with several years' experience with PTSD & complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, & mindfulness-based stress reduction. More importantly, I believe in being a real person with you so you can feel safe and know that I see you as a whole person, not as your diagnosis.
