Hi, I am Bethany, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker focusing on individual therapy. During our sessions, you will be able to sort through your emotions and any concerns that you may have. Addressing them one step at a time is the key to identifying your current thought processes and formulating the appropriate coping skills for a happier life. Therapy will also look at any stressors in your life as well and help you manage those feelings.
