I consider myself a Self-Healing Guide. My relationship with clients is built on respect, empathy, compassion, validation, humor and inspiration. We work Together. Much of my work is based on the knowing that you have all the answers inside yourself and my job is to help you re-learn how to access that information and heal. My job is to trust intuition and the information I receive while working with you to support you with grounded guidance & facilitation. I also offer Workshops & Retreats for women.
I am trained and licensed in Counseling/Art Therapy, EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy and Energy Healing. I take an eclectic and holistic approach to my work and utilize all my skills to help clients find the healing they need to bring meaning, hope & joy back into their lives. I see life challenges as opportunities for growth and whole-life healing.
