Life has a way of dragging people down and leaving them feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and unable to cope. I am here to help you through those difficult times. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing therapy to a variety of populations. I offer counseling for children and adolescents working through trauma, life adjustments, anxiety, and behavioral problems. Recognizing that children get their best start in life from a strong family unit, I work with individuals, couples, and families to repair trust, overcome past traumas and loss, and build healthy relationships.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process your thoughts and emotions. You will be treated with respect, empathy, and acceptance in your journey. I am passionate about teaching practical coping skills which you may utilize throughout the rest of your life to achieve a more positive attitude toward some of life’s more challenging circumstances.
I have a MA in Professional Counseling and have worked in the mental health field for five years. I use a variety of therapeutic tools to create a holistic, evidenced based approach to treatment. Sessions will be designed specifically for the needs of each individual client when you are ready to begin the process of taking control of your life.
