Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or out of control—and asking for help isn’t always easy. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported while also gaining practical tools to move forward. My approach is supportive, structured, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and DBT-informed skills to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building real-life coping strategies. With children and teens, I incorporate creative and engaging tools to make therapy feel approachable and effective.
I work with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, school stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck in their thoughts, struggle with emotional regulation, or feel unsure how to handle relationships or responsibilities.
