Ruin is the road to transformation. I believe experiences shape who we are and embarking on a different experience in a therapy setting can alter your experiences outside of the office. My ideal client is seeking being seen, their light and dark parts and held as worthy for all of them. They want growth and change. They are seeking to build self-compassion and understanding within themselves and for others. I have a passion for working with all individuals, couples and families. I am IFS Level 1 trained through the IFS Institute, Gottman Method Level 2 trained, EMDR, TFCBT, TBRI, TCTSY (yoga), etc.
Being chosen to hold space for client's vulnerable parts is an honor to me. It is with gratitude and intention that I enter into therapy sessions. I use reflections and lots of outside resources to create a specific plan with clients in session. I am a guide and a support. I value incorporating mindfulness and holistic evidence-based practices.
