After more than 16 years of working with diverse populations, I opened my private practice to work specifically with professional adults. I firmly believe that even in a rural area such as Emporia, professional adults deserve to have high quality, and most importantly, confidential therapy. My practice has been intentionally designed to provide such an experience, through my office location, session environment, and documentation standards. Additionally, no one else will ever have access to your protected health information as I do my own billing as well.
One of the things that is most important in selecting a therapist is finding someone that you feel is a good fit for your personality and therapeutic needs. I am a strengths based and trauma informed therapist and adapt each session to the specific needs of my clients to maximize their comfortable level.
