My specialty areas are trauma, grief, loss, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, daily stressors, relationship struggles, sexual assault survivors, PTSD, and more.
I use a combination of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have found that EMDR allows for the brain to process at the speed of thought rather than talk, magnifying the power of the brain, allowing clients to live in the present.
